What a payment actually costs.
When someone pays you online, One Admin takes 2%. Stripe, the payment provider that moves the money safely into your account, adds its own processing fee: from 1% for Direct Debit and 1.5% + 20p for standard UK cards.
Fees come off at the moment of payment and the rest is paid out to your bank account. There's no invoice from us and nothing extra to reconcile.
Stripe's Direct Debit fee has a 20p minimum and a £4.00 cap. Stripe's fees are set by Stripe and can change; we always show them as they are.

What does free actually include?
Everything. Your branded website, registrations, subscriptions and payments, fixtures, training and availability, forms and the Response Inbox, group messages and the Document Vault. Leagues also get club and team registration, fixtures and tables, discipline, Notice of Approach and invoicing.
Do we have to take payments through One Admin?
No. One Admin stays free whether you take payments through it or not, and you can record payments made by cash or bank transfer so your records stay complete. Taking payments through One Admin is where the system does the most for you, though: payments land against the right player or club, reminders go out automatically and you can always see who still owes.
